May Journal: Notes From Denver

Welcome to our May Journal! As you may know, we recently traveled to Denver to photograph our Race St project (coming soon). What you might not know is that we first launched Saddle Road Interiors there six years ago, when we called the city home. Ever since, Denver has held a special place in our hearts. So, in the spirit of that visit, we wanted to share a little glimpse into our weekend in Denver, along with a handful of places we always find ourselves returning to, especially if you only have a few days to take it all in!

Because this trip was largely work-focused, we didn’t have as much time as we would have liked to revisit all of our longtime favorites. That said, we did make a point to stay at the newly opened Populus, and it certainly lived up to the hype. Their rooftop restaurant and bar, Stellar Jay, was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate after our photoshoot and a long day on site.

If your schedule allows for a bit more exploring, we’re sharing a few of our go-to spots below!
